How make overlay image ? on 14:00 ?

i cannot find it on adobe after affects

just import a PNG picture with a transparant background(made in photoshop or anything like that) and then just drag it on to the movie/animation you are making

put it in the corner or anywhere you like :D

then just make it appear at 14 seconds or so :P
