You should get the Application called "Mood Mixer" not only can you make your own ringtones and stuff but you can also delete the ones on your phone that you don't want. find it in the download catalog worth the 3$

In the process of saving the file as... it converts the file to WAV, and doesn't leave it at mp3 extension
