@YoungGO1990 Decent card for a media center, but I would probably go with an AMD/ATi GPU solution as these units get rather hot and heat has always been the monkey on Nvidias back.
No you can not fit a full sized GPU and yes we have even tried an AMD X6, the cooler is only rated for 65w but if you under clock just a tad it stays nice and cool :)
That wiring job looked like it was fun.

@UpperCASEcs id recommend the fractal design mini itx array case, bit pricey but very nice quite too comes with good power supply as well!
