I remember this episode. It was the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episode I ever watched. And I was TERRIFIED! (Forgive me. I was like 7 years-old and I was horrified of scary things. >_>") But I have to say, I am so glad I watched it cause I absolutely LOVE THIS SHOW!!! XXXDDD

@ShironTheWindragon you'd be surprised! new york is a fairly old city for the states. its built over on top of itself over centuries. there've been incedents where people dug down to work on pipes and have found abandoned subway stations and tunnels and the like. and there's also an entire subculture (can we say Squatters? sure we can!) that take over abandonned buildings and using their own time money and skills bring the buildings back up to code. it was real big in the 80's and 90's
