Khai: Well depends if you start from scratch about 12 months of solid training, if some basic then 6 months is plenty, but diet has to be spot on, training only 30% of the game. Must take 4 solid meals and 2 protein shakes add creatine. Then your typical multi vits. No need for other supps, just a waste of money
