@TheGreenpeaceGranny It's not sure if this is a prequel too. Indeed in this trailer it seems so because Luke is younger than in the old games, but in the other trailer to this game you can see 13 year old Luke from the first trilogie.

I did play some of the games from the two series, and they are very, very good, as aspected. That's mostly why I'm excited for this. Although I have to say that I would love a Detective Conan and Professor Layton crossover.

@GamerNinjaX Layton and Wright team up. They're both working together to see who is behind the whole thing and, probably, also need to work on getting back home to their own time and place. It also said there would be no contradictions in this game, so that scene with Layton and the witch accusation might not be part of the real game, and if it is, Layton is most likely just saying that to gather up his own information on what happened so he can find out for himself.

@WiggleTick An adventure game like PL, but you're a defense attorney trying to strive to find clients "not guilty" using investigation, evidence, and cross-examination to prove their case. Also, you get to be in court defending your client which gives shine to the game because you really have to think in this part of the game. In short, it's almost similar to PL, but more investigating and awesome court battles than puzzle. You should check it out.
