Great job of getting yourselves out of that muck! We were digging out a canal when the temp. dam broke through and sunk our trackhoe. We had 2 semi tow-trucks tied to it overnight. It pulled them both 6'. It took a D8 to pull it out!
That sux! Be careful using a cable to pull with an open cab! If it snaps it can easily fly in cab and kill you! I seen a guys whole arm completly ripped off by a snaping cable. It missed killing him by inches. I still have nightmares bout that one
Haha I remember this one. Just blame it all on rick LOL Time for your cheap ass to invest in some mud mats if you wanna roll with me. But I give you credit, thats a nice water hole at the end.
We used the loggs we cleared for matts...This was sort of an accident...I got the 750 stuck first, Rick came to push me back and well the slide show tells the rest...The truck was stuck in the field too. The layer of muck was 4 to 8 feet thick.
Man you should see the buiding pad I'm on... 180' X 80' X 2 '. We put 18" on the pad in one day yesterday. Covered it with 40X100 sheets of plastic today after we got our compaction density.
