@Addisondm It is "Nei gong Hwa Jing", not "Nei gong" only. The Hwa Jing methods are very advanced, but still the system was based from the original Nei gong form sets.

These techniques sound as they work.

I have some concerns: An Orthodox Christian might not want to undertake a Taoist practice to exorcise, or perhaps he will. The Orthodox Christian may not want to know how to present this stuff to some people in his country, if there are Orthodox, Catholic or whatever else...

In fact, I think these techniques become much more effective if you keep repeating them on a daily basis, and of course you are not afraid of them!!

You can get a nice protection after the exorcism has been accomplished.

These techniques are wonderful. Magic is much more than doing good deeds to cleanse of spirits and entities.

If rubbing garlic and playing some healing music was all it was needed to get rid of entities, then nobody would be possessed.

spiritually , now this might sound weird , but the cleansing of a body , makes the body one. now , it's really done best and honestly by some good deeds , love is probably the best spiritual cleanser . if you do an evil religion , people that believe in the devil and things like that, they'll tell you not to love anything, but relpace it with sex.
