    Don tsuyu.= dashi soup.

    don tsuyu is made from dashi soup and suger and soy sauce.typically.

  • @dlwilliam I'm a guy, and no... I don't like pork so much. well... I don't eat it so much as "like" it. some of it's good, but the majority of it I don't like and certainly don't eat much. I don't like the taste of ham, I avoid bacon even though it's kinda yummy, and I also avoid sausage and pork chops... I do eat pepperoni from time to time, but that's about it.

  • I really don't know the purpose of putting egg on top of pork cutlet? That's going to cause indigestion with all that grease and heavy cholestral/fat content from an egg.

  • katsudon is wet so they use a leaner meat for it wheras they use a more marbled cut for donkatsu.
