Venus. The color shift is a combination of normal camera artifacts. It's lens fringing, compression and chip noise. I wish it were a UFO, but afraid not.

@Sup3rShann0n The camera moves. It's really, really zoomed in and when you see nothing but the point of light against black, there is nothing to give you reference. When it zooms out, you see the light moves in relation to the building.

@atomoboy You're basing your info off of 1 video clip seen here in the investigative report. There are several vids man. 1 in particular is over 15 mins long & clearly shows several lights appearing out of nowhere & moving in multiple directions. I'm well aware that the camera's moving as well, but in the other vids (which were responsible for sparking the investigation) It shows numerous objects all clearly moving under their own power. It's not Venus. Venus doesn't disappear/reappear/fly away.

It comes in the same spot every night. If it was Venus, it would appear in different parts of the sky. Also, it disappears for perieds of minutes at a time, changes color, and sometimes moves. By the way, they got the time a little wrong, It lasts until about 10: 00 every night. My friend and I are going to try to get it on camera tonight. Any other watchers should try as well.

No matter what your claim, you need only a normal level of proof to validate it. Otherwise you would be suggesting that your disbelief takes precedence over the scientific method. Also, a race of beings from another planet may not want to be publically known. If they have the means to get here, they may have the means to retard public awareness.

@enantiomer2000 If I were from another planet, I would take my time acquainting myself with earthlings-perhaps generations of time so that when the public event of first contact was made, the people would be properly prepared. When that time did arrive, the original contact made generations earlier would be validated, but until that time it would seem as though nothing was happening. This is using consensus,which is more powerful that facts and proof. Proof does not exist unless people admit it.

It's a shame I don't live in these areas, because my telescope, which is just a basic portable skywatcher with camera, could easily zoom and take a closeup of most phenomena in our solar system--let alone a flying object within our own atmosphere. Does anyone have any video or pictures from their own telescopes that would help shed light on these cell phone or conventional camera pictures? As they are, they could be anything.
