  • Not bad, try using better form by having the upper body parrallel to the floor. In other words, bring your but up higher on the wippers.

    There are lots of guys his size who can't even do 5 push ups, because they're WEAK.

    People have just become accustomed to being obese pigs (This is approx 60% of americans), so activities like this cannot be a decent measure of proportional strength / size ratio, since most big men are just fat lard asses who despite being 200lbs, actually only have about 120lbs worth of power.

  • Those are advanced pull up exercices. One can lose a great amount of body fat in less than a month with a proper diet. Pull up cycle are good too with jumping jack and explosive jump. And it's great if you can avoid food after 6pm if you're trying to lose weight.

Educate yourself on core strength and muscular endurance etc b4 u try degrading someone. I know plenty of people who have "average" builds, that are strong as hell.   • Yes, its possible without drug xD. He mainly uses his abdominals to make himself kind of lighter. He has some good grip as well I think. I can do these variations as well and I have smal biceps as well.
