Tear. Beautiful arrangement. Love Odin Sphere and it's soundtrack, one of Mr. Sakimoto's finest works. The main theme is addicting, and this arrangement is so emotional with the added singing by Shanachie. Never heard of her though. Amazing voice.

Lol, I can't remember my HP level, when I used Gwendolyn against Odette. Besides the low level, it was the strange slow down that got me. It happens whenever I fought her, even with Cornelius. When I get too close to her, the game suddenly slows down...

Actually, as in Gradius series, slowdown can actually help!

I've had to do that for Mercedes, her HP level ups give her an awfully low amount of added HP ^^; But yeah, I know what you mean.

I havn't even made it through valkyrie. the slow down is so bad at her final boss and its soo hard that i'm level grinding. I don't even know how many freaking cakes I've eaten for Xp!

It's the undead queen by the way. I also forgot to use th psypher powers last time I attmepted so that may have something to do with it, but then again I only had one healing potion goin to her. Next time I'll have a large bag full! Equip th Jupiter Ring and use my 9 psypher points to destroy her, but until I want to experience that slow down I'll be leveling for fun

Although I don't really remember how exactly I beat her, my strategy for tough bosses was always to turn invisible and use psypher heal then hack and slash, repeat.

That's all I used my psypher points for.

I believe I was... Level... 27? Or somewhere around there and I used the vampire ring, which comes in handy. See, every time you hit the enemy, a fraction of the damage done goes to your health.

Odin sphere is truly beautiful, the first game I played on my playstation2, and still my favorite.. The sad part was that all my favorites died, you know, Ingway and Mercedes ._. I hate how the only ending they have together is the one where she has to kill him.

Sorry this took so long to reply to, but thank you very much. It's a daily struggle, trying to find happiness in the world today, but like I said before, songs like this remind me that there are things of beauty to be discovered. Perhaps one day I can find my Gwendolyn and hold her to this song. I think having hope for such incredible things is what can make the world better, if only everyone cared enough to hope.
