please watch the video. this promo code is NOT a discount code, meaning you don't get money off of your total purchase. it is a promo code meaning you get a free animal lense case and mystery gift. the reason why it says 1 cent off is because for the code to work, a discount needs to be taken off but since it is not a discount code then it takes off the minimum which is 1 cent. if it takes off 1 cent, then the code works and you'll get your freebies in the mail.
