  • Shut that chamber your lettin' the heat out. Gonna add more time by doin' that.

  • I use a dry rub the night before. It is a mixture of brown sugar, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper.

  • Did you marinate the pork or use any wet/dry rub before putting it in the smoker?
