I was young pre-teen and I used to do yoga with her just before leaving for school. Don't know what interested me, but I really didn't realize how much it helped me then. Thanks for posting this. Brings back such great memories.
@RonQE She's Lillias Folan the grand dame of yoga. She's been doing yoga since the late 60's and has a great tv show called Lillias, Yoga, & You. during the '70's. And she's been doong it still even though she's not just in her 70's she's one sexy looking lady.

@RonQE I´m sure somebody out there has something more recent. Most people just aren´t into uploading... My tapes are 22-15 years old and I haven´t been back to the states for a period long enogh to do taping (or DVD recording) over there.
