I started my diet back on jan 16th 2008 and stopped in may 2008 and lost 62lbs I stopped at 233lbs. Then gained all the way back to 264. ugh!so aggrevating!I started back on my diet and exercise stuff jan 28th and 7lbs down! ur beautiful! and I cannt wait till I am where you are. You can keep doing it! your awesome! sorry i wrote you a friggen book lol. by the way do you have a myspace?

I can't wait until you are where I am... and I can't wait until we both are even skinnier!! I used to have a myspace... but I deleted it once i started my youtube thing.
I just can never get over how similar we are built. Sucks, doesn't it? I NEVER lose inches in my arms, and I think that's actually because the skin isn't tightening back up. :( Damn you, arms. At least my second stomach is slowly deflating! LOL Good for you, picking it right back up. You'll get to 30 next week, I hope!
at least your posted weight isnt in the 230's and like you said, im sure the 2 pounds is just water weight or something. im sure it will be off by next week. just keep it up and good luck on running the 20 min :)

lol... my innner child takes over sometimes... *blush* I work with kids.. and have for 8 years now, so I don't mind how I look sometimes. I have always been sometime to wear pig tails..lol

You'll get the hang of it. I have yet to see anyone who lost their weight without gaining a lb or two in between.

we all eff up every now and then! binges happen! it seems like lately i have binged once a week, but i have found that it throws off my metabolism.
i can definitely tell a difference! you are doing great! just keep it up and don't let this week get you down!!
