Alberto del Rio took about a year to get onto the main roster. He wasn't immediately called up

Koslov (or Orlov in FCW) is going through the steps thaat other indie wrestlers had to. He has to change his wrestling style to fit the WWE style. That is often why indie wrestlers go to FCW. CM Punk was in OVW. Evan Bourne was in OVW and FCW. Kaval was in FCW
