  • Weight Watchers' average weight loss is 6 lbs over 2 years. They are owned by Pillsbury.

Eat foods that are low in calories and high in volume and you will lose weight. You must feel full after each meal or you will fail.

  • she went to weight watchers ...she said

  • If you lose weight that was on your body that long - and lose it steady... I wonder if your skin goes back or if she had to have it surgically removed? I know those that do bariatric surgery typically have skin issues - but they lose rapidly. Does anyone know?

  • things like this put a genuine smile on my face

  • its a miracle

  • Great job with the weight loss! Iʼm inspired! Cheers, Erin

  • friends and family are rarely supportive during weight loss, keep it yourself, your husband/kids, and the class you attend. tell nobody is my advice! x

  • You Rock!!!!! Well done, I am doing Turbo Jam to loose weight.

  • Kim is an amazing Inspiration!

  • Yes she is....

  • im afraid of having loose skin

  • are you afraid of having a fat ass i know I am sick of it. I'd rather be skinny and have some extra skin thatgets removed by surgery your insurance pays for. Or do whatIam doing The HCG protocol it works check into it. No offense ment I just know i hate the pain we go through.

  • yea no offense taken i even found out that you can donate the extra skin to children that get burned and need skin grafts

  • wow what a way to give back. Such a great idea to give that skin to burn victims.

  • I think if you try to lose it slowly the skin will shrink with the rest of your body. Don't worry about the skin, it's the least of your problems. :-)

    Good luck!

P.S. Mark (her husband) is a great man. Good for them. Both of them!

  • i'd rather be thin with loose skin than fat with firm skin. and the excess skin isn't bad for your health. but the excess fat is dangerous.

  • OTC off the chart. man. lol

  • Well done incrediable. What is your cook book?

  • Did she get gastric bypass? Wasn't paying attention and I know she had to have had lose skin. Did she get it removed!

  • no weight watchers for the tenth time butthis time she was determined!

  • Weight Watchers

  • Comment removed

  • did she have excess skin

  • well if she can get down that size from the size she was then i know i can do it

  • Wow, I'm happy for her.

  • She looks GREAT!

  • She's so inspiring.

  • wow. she really is an inspiration!

    Thank you so so much!

  • amazing ...

  • Wow! I don't know what is more shocking-losing so much weight or finding a man who isn't a total wanker

  • She got married when she wasn't so overweighted... and then she gained some weight. And her husband stayed... you would leave someone because of gaining weight??? If so, I've got a newie for you. You're a wanker!!

  • Why don't you learn how to fucking read? My comment was a dig aimed at men who leave their partners for dumb reasons. I don't judge people based on their weight. Ok?

  • Oh the plateau... I fucking hate it. Im at a plateau right now, And Im not stopping.

  • Idiota!

  • hahahahaha that cheered me up lol

  • pretty cool!

I love weightwatchers to, lost 44 pounds already and still going strong, this video is inspiring for me!

  • i know her! i know her!

  • i wanna hug her

  • wow

  • Kim would like to know how do you keep skin from saggin in stomach and arm area do you need alot of exercise? I'm over 50 and have lost 63 pounds so far but i dont want my skin saggin especially under skin You're such an inspiration

  • Use weight training as youre losing weight we as women need to develop muscles and not be afraid to look bulky is really hard to be bulky so the best thing is to increase your muscle mass and your strenght look at men they're not so many fat men

  • EXEs of skin, it gives the impression of being older, she only need a surgery to remove the skin

  • My name is Jezebel. On 11/7/08 I weighed in at 375 lbs. Check out Project Jezebel: my quest to lose 242 lbs! Track my progress at my website: BringingDownThePounds(dot )com

  • ALL these incredible weight-loss stories I've read about boil down to switching to low-calorie diet. Still, there are good ways and bad ways of doing it.

  • ow.. she's skinny :S

  • I LOVE WEIGHT WATCHERS!!!!!!!!! All my life I've been big! NOT ANYMORE!!!!!! WOOO! Congrats Kim!!! I recommend WW's to anyone and everyone!

  • How wonderful! I'm so proud of her too!

  • I got the chills and teary eyed! So proud!

  • Amazing!

  • This is so inspiring!

  • Never giving up is the key for a life style change. Just believe in yourself. GREAT insspiration story! Thanks for sharing.

  • Great accomplishment!

  • Kim if your there I can't get motivated I have emotions that I don't no what to do with, I have no support and tryed everything.Did you have to exercise? Need Help

  • This just reminds me that no matter how many times you fail, you HAVE to keep going and you can do it. She tried over 10 times before succeeding but still did it so keep going. and yes, you DO need to exercise for lasting weight loss but you don't need to be an athlete, just a brisk 45 min walk everyday will do it.

  • thank=you for your reply I'm still trying.Hopfully I can do it this time.

  • Don't lose that confidence! I always thought I will get back into shape when I finish with college and get a job in my field. But my opportunity came sooner and I took it, dropped 70pounds. I didn't succeed at the first time either and I am sure very very few have succeeded at losing major amount of weight with no bumps in their first try. So just keep pushing and you will get over that hump and once it starts rolling baby you can't stop it.

  • Kim,

Congratualtions to you. You are awesome.
