Terra was the hardest boss in the series until BBS. Now he is tied with Vanitas' Sentiment in terms of difficulty. Both Terra and VS can whoop Sephy.

Unknown/Xemnas was in the Final Mix version of the first game and he was able to slaughter you if you weren't well equipped.

Lingering Sentiment/Terra has many moves that not only can cleave your HP in a matter of seconds, but all but one of his moves makes him invincible during their animations
