True that a lower income family would look at it as a bigger winfall, but they pay taxes too. Everybdy pays sales tax, gas taxes, etc.

I don't think it is real censorship. Youtube is a private service that gives yout the right to delete comments on your videos and ignore users. Since it is not a public space then it is not protected with the freedom speech right. You could even delete my comment right now and maybe i would think it is unfair and wrong but it is your right, this is your channel and your video. I disagree with deleting the comments on Obama's channel but it is their right on Youtube terms.
