The refs were calling fauls even for the possessions they have not even touched Spanish players. So awful, the worst day in basketball. At the end Croatian players were cursing to the refs who really did deserve every word, but the refs were not calling any tech. fouls cause they were fully aware what they were doing...

I am from Belgrade and I watched this game live back in 2005. Despite Serbian public supported Spain (we all know the reason) i must say this was the biggest criminal act I ever witnessed. The sport lost with this game. Only game that i can remember and can be compared with this crime movie is TauCeramica-Partizan-3rd game of Euroleague quater-finals 2008. So sorry for things like this, if only never happens again. :)

Just to remember the greeks, that the vice-president of FIBA is Mr. George Vassilakopoulos (GRE). That means that the terrible fighting from greeks against serbians have been only fined for few players with... 2 games !!! This is really terrible for basketball!

And talking about robery... why don't you talk about last Olympic Games where USA team could walk 100 meters with the ball in the hand a nothing happened. Referees were using NBA rules for USA and FIBA rules for the rest of the team.
