I don't believe an electric cutout will benefit a supercharged engine unless it is highly tuned, and has other bolt-ons and mods to support it. On a stock SS SC, you are removing the backpressure(you want some), while in a TC engin, you want to get rid of backpressure.
Turbo's don't need backpressure, they create enough on there own so a high flow exhaust like a cutout/dump exhaust helps with that. To much back pressure in a turbocharged/ supercharged car causes high exhaust gas temps, which in turn can create knock.
in my opinion im the type of person that likes that rumble sound.. adding a cutout to a 4cylinder isnt my thing ..but hey its a little louder and it relieves back pressure..but turbos need backpressure..its all good nice mod!!
These cutouts are awesome but next time don't put them on a dirt bike engine :/
