@houston1947 it is kind of a sad song I think...he was signed when he was soooo young, & he had 2 work almost all the time & didn't have much time left 2 spend with his friends...& you know, you have 2 spend time with them in order 2 keep them (though loyal friends should stick 2 you 4 ever no matter what)..& I think the song is about missing his friends; being a solo artist means 2 live kind of a lonely life sometimes :-( ... I think it was not easy at all 4 him, at least in the beginning
