This looks to be around 1997. He had a really small quiff during the Maladjusted years, so I'm guessing it was around then. As for the dart... clearly it was doctored.. but it's still fun to watch.

It's not doctored at all.

Firstly you can see the dart travelling through the air, and more importantly, TFI was never the type of show that would bother going to the lengths of doctoring for an intro sequence, or any other part of its production for that matter - it's not MTV, you know!
