  • Being "upset" isn't good enough sir. What happened to all the crooks we saw the video? They are probably still working there in Tema.

  • @kblikesgh good point

  • Wish we could have this guy come talk to the Kenyan people.

  • @007fruity....you are very ignorant for the stupid comment you have posted.....which ghanaian president has confronted corruption as directly as this president......be wise my friend.

  • @007fruity Your comment is baseless? What are you referring to? Piece of crap.

  • mills is a corrupt pussy, a fucking useless ass. her how he sound. dam president. I am sure rawlins is very disappionted, he dos not have a shred of bolls.

  • I don't think you solve the issue by firing them. Imprison the corrupt ones such that the ones who take their spots can behave well

  • this is funny ...bt serious

  • President mills is right but he should have set examples by sacking all those officers involved. Bribery and corruption should not be made the order of the day. God bless the president, God bless Ghana.

  • God bless you Mr. President. Other leaders on our beloved Mama Africa need to follow his example. It is about damn time things start turing around.

@proudghrep I agree with you. When a good leader steps up the soulless dogs around him/her always work to destroy positivity. Lets keep praying for our continent.

  • Atta mills is a good person but the pepole around him are the ones im worried about

  • ACTION IS WHATS NEEDED. WE HAVE FAITH IN GOD THAT HE WILL STRENGTHIN OUR HOMELAND. ATTA MILLS------> 1 Word (ACTION) Period! God Bless GHANA!

  • Atta Mills Act Immediatly. Obama never came to Ghana for no reason. We have to show the world we are good. It will be a hard task but let us set up a team to attack these bribers. Just like Nigeria made EFCC for scams, we need to set up a task force to jail these greedy fools. God bles Africa!

  • @kofigraves i dont know what your problem is.

Whether you fail to read or whether you accidentally replied to me instead of derrick.

If you read carefully you realise I said exactly wat you said but you turn around to repeat what i said to me.

    hmmmmmmm.....!!!!!!!

  • @kofigraves I was merely telling derrick that although our president does make mistakes like every other human being, he didn't make a mistake this time... Back to the issue of bribery.. They have been stelling our money since... Check out the police headquarters, dvla, ceps, harbour, gcnet, police, we all know what goes on there but what can u do wen the authorities refuse to see!!!

  • HMMMM Strange to hear this today. It seem like our dead ancestors have been awoken now.

For all I know Bribery and Corruption are part of Ghanaian culture and I am surprised that somebody just realized it. I have met good officials, but there so many bad ones it doesn;t even matter. It is a shame that nobody noticed this since Independence and if they did, they did not complain. Now what? After 50 years, I should believe that the cancer can be cured? FORWARD EVER.

  • NONSENSE....DONT WORRY WE GOT Y'ALL...LOOK OUT FOR THE KOLLECTIVES...A GROUP THAT GIVES VOICE TO THE PEOPLE OF GHANA...SO FAR AS WE HAVE INTERNET SERVICE, BRAVE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN..BELIEVE US WHEN WE SAY WE WILL SHOW THE FACES OF ALL THE PARTICIPANTS OF CORRUPTION IN GHANA. WE EDUCATED AND MOTIVATED we WILL CHANGE GHANA. and the World.

  • Fuck the Courts&The police...and All the shameless government Officials. If only the Riots Justice of Ghana, will recognize these thieves aren't suppose to be treated like goverment officials. Corrupt Courts & Police officers. i was put in jail after i was almost killed ND ROBD by the same person that hired the police officer (CID). I WAS SHOCKED GHANA WILL TREAT ME LIKE THAT. Wut WAS WORSE, I WASN'T EVEN LIVING IN GHANA. I was ACCUSED so i hav TO PAY SOM MONEY$ REGARDLESS said da police.SHAME

  • Nana Atta, I do not care about what anybody say about you but today you have impressed me. All the things you said what really impressed is the 'ENTITLEMENT" that some of those fuckers have entrenched upon themselves. They stole my laptops. I wish you had come there with a list of people you saw on the video and their pictures on play cards fully displayed on the front roll and then as soon as you had finished your speech, tell those fuckers that the are fired and have them arrested.

  • Hmmmmmm. We need more of Anas's in the nation because there are so many other places where corruption is a normal practice.

fighting corruption is going to be very tough but at least reactions like this will send a signal that the government is really serious about minimizing it if not eradicate.

Well done Anas and Kodus Mr President for your reaction.

  • 15 of the harbour officials captured on camera were fired and about to be prosecuted. Action is being taken.

  • to display transparency is the key..how do we do it?..serious speech though

  • Did prof. say that "you are Ghanaian citizens?" Any citizen of Ghana out there who is not a Ghanaian. Funny

  • @derrickus4455 not funny..... when a Nigerian or British nationalizes in Ghana, what does he/she become a Nigerian Ghanaian citizen...! Of course Ghana has other nationals becoming its citizens and its only for emphasis that he wold say Ghanaian citizens or you would rather he says citizens of Ghana when he wants to refer to the indigenous Ghanaian!!!! smh loose talk!!!

  • @chzzyy Ghanaian citizen , Canadian citizen, American citizen, the use of the word citizen has always been attached to the country normally for the purpose of emphasizing their state it could be naturalized or by birth-right. That this take away the message of corruption? Please!!!

  • Respond to this video... Not funny, we are all citizens of one country or the other, some of us have two. He is saying what every one says when he is trying to emphasize an issue peculiar to that nation, thus "Ghanaian citizens", or Canadian citizen, be it naturalized or by birth.

  • and the action year continues unabated................Uncle Attah, i dey ur back

  • Mr President, thanks for your passionate speech. But, please its time for ACTION, ACTION, ACTION. Ghana needs to be better than this 2011.

Anas, congratulations on your inspiring journalistic work. Please keep up the the great work. God bless Ghana!!

  • @kwamez3 agree ITS TIME FOR ACTION! LOVE THIS SPEECH. HE NEEDS TO SHOW INTENSITY TOWARDS THESE LITTLE FEW TARNISHING THE IMAGE OF GHANA AND RUINING OUR OPORTUNITIES.

  • One word...WoW!

....Ghana needs one more term of this guy.

  • Nice i like this guy
