I never done any stretches, just done your set for the first time and I already feel a diffrence just with 1 time doing them all, realy encouraging to keep doing them! thanks a lot!

Hi, That is superb news. The stretches I offer on the site are very basic but I am glad thay are working for you.
Ideally you need to be performing soft tissue work (Foam Rolling) and corrective stretches EVERY DAY for long lasting benefits.
I hope the improvement continues for you.
