Police are getting worse as time goes on. While ago, a girl got raped by where i live, on the sidewalk next to a busy street! Honestly, nobody would go out to help her?! people drove by and didnt do a thing!

And another woman made a call when she saw the victim kicking and screaming bound in the back seat (at that point a deputy was only a block away) but was never told about the call. She was raped and murdered. The sheriffs dept and family of the murder deny any wrong doing.
For those of you who are confused, this is an old incident. In short, it was the adult daughter of a sheriff deputy. Her husband comes home to find her missing. There was a delay in police response. When the dad (cop) got there, they set up road blocks throughout the county and begain searching for the woman. She was in the rear seat of a car bound and gagged. The kidnapper drove to his family members house where his family gave him a shovel, gas can, and rope and didnt ask any questions.

FYI... You can't trace 911 calls through a cell phone. You can only tell what tower the signal bounced off of, which isn't always accurate. If the closest tower has too many calls, your signal can bounce off of a tower from another state. So that part isn't because the dispatchers weren't doing their job.
The other parts don't really add up. Where did you hear this story? Is there a place I can read it? I would like to research this case (after all, it is my career..).

Girl/lady was kidnapped and there were several 911 calls where dispatchers failed to communicate to the police the correct information and the victim and suspect actually drove past the police. That is so messed up. We had a young woman killed (a college student) a little over a year ago I believe. She called 911 from her cell phone, but the line ended up going dead, and she was barely able to say anything to them. The dispatch operator didn't call back like they were supposed to, so the girl got no help, and was murdered. The operator got jail time later on too.

That is so messed up. We had a young woman killed (a college student) a little over a year ago I believe. She called 911 from her cell phone, but the line ended up going dead, and she was barely able to say anything to them. The dispatch operator didn't call back like they were supposed to, so the girl got no help, and was murdered. The operator got jail time later on too.
on a lighter note, I have been voting for you every day since you mentioned it a few videos ago :) Just trying to help out.

Sad. This woman was fighting for her life...and the dispatchers dropped the ball, not once, but five times. I do not know how the killer got his hands on this woman, but I do know how it ended. This action was not of God. May God have mercy on her family.

I do agree with you, about that poor lady. A thing like that, just makes me sad and angry inside, wanna do something to those type of people, but than I'd just be one of "them". And for all the hater's don't go h8N the police, didn't you hear the video (go over it again).
I know the system's got holes the size of a basketball, but in this case, it was the dispatcher's fault, not police's, stupid ass MoFo's.
