This is a Leg Hook Samoan Drop, Angle tends 2 spin more and doesn't get the opponent right up into the Somoan Drop position. Its more of a High-Angle Spinning Back Suplex rather than this.

Thank you for the tips on the move! I was trying to figure out where to place my hands for the lift. I have also seen that this is a good counter to a standing wrestler's headlock, since your head is in their armpit anyways. Please keep putting more videos out!
