That's a brigade of people from Latin America in Cuba. There were people from Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Uruguai and Bolivia. They went there to express solidarity with Cuba and its situation towards the US. In this video, the participants of the brigade and the Cuban rebels who fought in the cuban guerrilla are singing the National Anthem of Cuba.
