Hi, it actually comes assembled, all you have to do is find a place to put it.
There is research to suggest that 10 minutes = hour
A 12-week study found that strength increases from an average of 10 minutes of vibration training were similar to those seen in an hour of regular resistance training.
@flagwaving I'm guessing that your body is high in toxicity and the toxins were released very quickly causing headaches. If you were to clear your body of toxins, i.e., eat very healthy, no caffeine, drugs, alcohol, etc., your body would release less toxins and should be able to handle this machine. I am not a supplier I just became interested in this machine today.
@bjemadi I do maintain a very healthy lifestyle. I am guessing that because of a severe concussion that I had when I was very young, this may be causing the headaches. I was told if you had a concussion avoid this machine.
i would like to get the noblerex k1 but i wonder if it is hard to assemble for a single woman without help. also is it really like they say just 10 min equivalent to 1 hr at the gym w/ weights?
@salazar8675bgs --No, it isn't. It is a farce. There is no mystery to losing weight and gaining muscle mass and bone density. Cut grains and processed foods from your diet and join your nearest CrossFit facility and watch the weight drop off.

I tried it twice and both time I got painful migraine headaches and I never normally get headaches. What did I do wrong?
