My computer doesn't have a button that says "Back up computer" so I have to click on "Back up files". As soon as I click it it says "The last back up failed". Can you explain to me what the problem is? Thanks. Btw, my computer is a Vista.
Too bad the complete backup and restore function is completely worthless for anyone who does not have the install disk. No one with a Vista preload can use the full PC restore. For users who upgraded to Vista, this is a handy feature - thank you.
