You aren't violating Depeche Mode's copyright using "One Caress" u are violating WMG's copyright. Even Depeche Mode have to be careful posting thier OWN work & need permission from WMG. One Caress is such a beautiful song and your video is beautiful, and I KNOW the two together would have been perfect!! Wonderful work on the video!! BRAVO!! Try searching WMG on you tube u will see LOTS of people upset that videos are pulled or videos are silent.
