i recomend using the hdmi port though. gives you the full 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Plug the SCART Cable in the back of the T.V (in the first socket) , ensure that it is in your Sky box properly first!

After, turn your T.V on and it should appear! :D

Very nice TV, i have a phillips 32 inch ambilight at the moment sadly its only 50hz and 33000:1 ration...

The question i have its time for a upgrade so going for a TOSHIBA 46"46XV635DB. But now.. how are these for gaming and watching HD in general good or ??. A little insite would be grand before shelling £700 out :). Good review though!!!

just tried it through the headphone jack and then through the one on my av receiver and cant tell and difference. (using the same pair of £100+ sennheiser's)

Once you break the 37" barrier, you're gonna have to spend a hell of a lot of money to get a good picture. ESPECIALLY on a 52"

samsung LED is probably your best tv out there. has everything 1080p 240hz and i forget the contrast ratio but its high. and i have a 52" sony and its very bright when dark, except you can make it dim to the light. so its not that bad. i assume other TVs have this feature.

If you are looking for something greater than 42", get a Plasma or LED. You will get the best picture quality from LED however they will generally be more expensive than plasma.

If you are looking for something less than 42", get and LCD display. They are typically more affordable and offer very good picture quality at smaller sizes.
