Welcome :). You need to run an application known as "The Comedian" - you can find it under my Free Virus Removal Tools at my website. It is also going to be in the next episode of my Virus Removal series - it installs ERUNT, which is a registry backup utility. Or you could just download and run ERUNT.

so do you perfer windows XP or Vista. I know XP pro is out with SP3. Vista has released sp2 and working on sp3 which I can wait for that. i don't mind either programs, my desktop is run with XP Pro SP3 and my notebook is Vista Premium Sp2 .
