Nader should be but the mainstream media has rigged the political discourse and has undermined the integrity f the election. Telling he public that someone is not running is deception. It is true that Obama is an actual US citizen. It's also true that Obama voted for the Patriot Act. It's also true that Obama has no plans to fully leave Iraq. Kucinich was never given equal time in the debates - sending a single to the audience that he was not to be considered seriously like the others. The powers that be kept the majority of the public from hearing him out. He was invited to the debate with Obama, Hilary and Edwards BUT THEN he was disinvited when the powers that be realized he would be getting "too much" exposure. (this actually happened!)

Organized crime never functioned so well as it did in the media. They wish! Anyway,the other candidates had plenty of time to attract support. There is no mafia, and there are no "powers that be".
