The 'Sierra' guy is a completely and totally wrong (ignorant too). The GV is absolutely a goat. There is nothing better for the money and for a third more money as well. Just ask any off-road expert. I know, i used to rally and have friends who race baja. Great job Suzuki, stay true to your game.

compadres es una muy buea camioneta en off road hasta ahora es excelente, muy buena traccion y un potente motor en mi caso tengo un V6 de 2.7 litros, a veces se requiere mas altura y aqui en veneua s dificil conseguir el kit de suspencion. La funcion de bloqueo de diferencia te permite treparte a lugares que otros suv Recomendada 100%. El consumo de gasolina es un poco alto

My wife bought the 2011 Grand Vitara 2 months ago, its just a grocerey getter lol... I drive the 2005 Suzuki Aero back and forth to work (love the power and Gas milage) I traded in both of my Fords for these Suzuki's :-)

I have taken one of these through some really heavy off road stuff, including north of western australia and the N.T. These are so popular. I would buy one. Anyone who has to swear to make a simple point, has only 2 brain cells. This GV gave my prado a run for its money.

as a 4x4 its a piece of crap..owned one for about 3 weeks....too heavy, no suspension,. i owned a sierra before it and thought it might be a good 4x4 boy was i wrong

@wildchildpr seriously depends on what you are after, a forester is better for on-road use, but break easy off-road, the grand vitara is not as good on-road, still decent but isnt a poser vehicle

demaciado bajo para off road...lo unico que lo hace algo aceptable en off road es el control de traccion

Si necesitas mas altura para meterla por un rio hasta la mitad del carro en agua o si quieres treparte a un arbol con el carro, entonces tienes la opcion de levantarle la suspension. Recuerda q este modelo es un real todo terreno, pero pensado para uso diario y comodo. La altura esta bien para la mayoria de las situaciones off road en las q la mayoria de los clientes las usaran. Dentro del segmento de 4x4 chicas es la mejor, Nadie ha dicho q es una Land Cruiser.
