shmoab, are you blind or dont you know your rig colors??? thats cyclone rig 1! they had plenty of shit, thats y they didnt notice the pvt gain or stroke gain or pressure drop!!! they had to much! lol
I saw that happen. I was on an SST rig five miles away. It was awesome.
It was a bad few weeks on that hill. A Haliburton logging hand was killed two pads away from us too. We were glad to have finished those wells, we thought that bad omen was working it's way up toward us. lol
The crew on that rig were reportedly sleeping when they took the kick and the worm driller closed the pipe rams on the kelly. They probably ran out of shit.
i seen this, I have pictures of it. Cause quite a stir in this anti drill environment. Could be seen from interstate 70. Thanks for sharing. Without the music, its lacking.
I've worked for Cyclone, Greywolf, Unit, and Nabors in the last 16 years. ALL the companies are the EXACT same. Do not get yourself fooled by what people say or what companies try to tell you.
I have been on Nabor's Rigs, and had to piss for everyone. I have been on Cyclone rigs that are nice and have great safety, and been on Nabors rigs that are horrible, I have been on sweet Nabors rigs and Cyclone and Greywolf rigs that are a nightmare.
I have been working for Nabors since 2003, but will be working for Cyclone again soon. Nabors, Patterson, Ensign, they all kill just as many people as Cyclone or each other... if you think they don't you are not doing any research.
Thats my old rig, i used to drill on this unit. right before it burnt down.
