@Jim4BARK a big NO for you sorry . whit my old core 2 duo e4400 @ stock and a HD 4670 ddr3 the game have a lot of lag on medium settings ( 20 fps - 14 fps ) only whit the shadows off the game was working well . try to upgrade the CPU ( an Sempron LE 140 at 2.7 Ghz at if you know how to unlock the second core you will have a dual core ) and by a better video card ... probably an HD 6450 .
