It's called time restraints, people. It was nearly 14 mins. b/w the two youtube clips. At the rate he was going with his multitudes of "yeps" this segment would have lasted somewhere b/w 20 to 30 mins. She's the professional t.v. talent, give her a break. Besides she wouldn't have had him on her show if he wasn't popular and therefore somewhat respected for his knowledge/skills.

And... she was eagerly waiting to eat it but he kept adding scoops and scoops of it and different garnishes.
