  • The discipline it takes to do this as a vegan is staggering! I commend anyone who can do this!

  • @GianniStunato The discipline? Its no harder on a plant based diet than it would be on an omni diet. Many elite level athletes are/were vegan. It is not a hinderance in any way. Just ask Carl Lewis.

  • @Ultraspontane I guess it would be for me to be a vegan and a bodybuilder. My trainer and former bodybuilder himself, always talks about how hard it is to do this but that is our way of looking at it..

  • @GianniStunato You would be surprised. Check out veganbodybuilding com. There is a lot of misinformation about plant based diets out there.

  • whoa these guys are sooo puny. is this the 110 lbs class?

  • Vegan and PROUD.

    Fuck the haters, uneducated cunts.

  • Must be great to be as smart as some of you people. O, bye the way what was your gross income last year smart ass.

  • @aviator1243 Sorry, bud. But what does gross income have anything to do with the video or the subject matter?

  • There is a misconception that health corroborates with mass, when in fact, huge steroid guys a) get sick as often as most people do. b) have a SHORTER life expectancy than typical Americans. c) Get injured more often. Robert is healthier, happier, and stronger than any bodybuilder I've seen. When the bulkheads are dead, the natural bodybuilders live on. So, if your going to dis his size, please reply to my comment with a video OF YOU posing shirtless. If your not, than stop dissing him.

  • @calico992 BAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! "Robert is healthier, happier, and stronger than any bodybuilder I've seen."

You have OBVIOUSLY never seen Ronnie squat 800lbs then... I could bench press both of these guys at the same time...lol. I'm not going to dis on the guys size because that would be stupid. He's in shape, so who cares how big he is? I was actually thinking about going raw vegan but I don't want to drop any mass. I'm going to clean bulk until the spring then give it a shot. We'll see.

  • @WildlifeSeriaLKiller, Yeah, the roided guys are much stronger no doubt; natural athletes in general can't compete with them no matter the sport. I just appreciate a natural athlete more. Unfortunately PEDs have contaminated sports for a long time.

Good luck with your raw vegan diet and keeping/gaining mass. I'm sure there are vegan athletes that can help you with that.

  • @LloydChristmas777 I tried it. didn't last....lol. I just can't do it. Raw foods, yes. Raw vegan, no.

  • @WildlifeSeriaLKiller, Well at least you tried. I'm sure you're still leagues ahead of the average consumer who has a standard western food consumer. Still good luck with your training.

  • i love it when people compare gorillas and rhinos to humans to support their arguments lol, these people clearly dont understand the anatomy of various animals

  • So much negativity here, and a lot of people who know nothing of nutrition bashing veganism. It's apparent that Robert has a build that is more lean and defined by nature. That does not mean that you can not add considerable size on a well planned vegan diet. I applaud and admire Robert for his strong work ethic.

  • my 5 year old son, has more mass than this guy

  • veggies not meat *

  • Wow, these dudes are on their way to being the next Arnlod. NOT!!!!

  • Body fat, body fat, body fat.

  • Jericho Sunfire Elitom Ben Yisrael Pralad Jani Wiley Brooks Jasmuheen Akahi + Camilla Henri Monfort Mony Vital and Project Camelot, Disclosure Project...2012, 5th dimension and the grids Learn all you can about these names and things, and judge for yourself if it's food keeping your body alive or your mental attitude to just get up and...create your life? Food puts mass on the body. Ask yourself if anyone on ANY diet who doesnt train hard... do they get fit? No. Your body IS your mind/mindset
  • Check out the Silver Back Gorilla. For its size probably the strongest. What is its diet? Certainly not meat.

  • @aviator1243 Is it a human? No, it's a Gorilla. Does it eat meat? Yes, It eats insects slugs larvae and anything else easy to capture. But back to the point, its not a human.

  • Comment removed

  • @aviator1243 thats a GORILLA dumbass humans have EVOLVED to be omnivores not herbivores... what you are saying is like saying look at the cow it too is big and has lots of muscles so it must eat meat right... so like lions the sharks the bears are all big and strong too... so they eat veggies right? idiot

  • @chicken4247 HEY CHICKEN!!! THE POINT WAS THAT YOU DON'T NECESSARILY NEED MEET TO BE STRONG!!!! Of course there are meat eating animals that are strong! But also plant, fruit, nut & bean eating animals that are just as strong if not more so!!!!!

  • @mrbuster1964 each animal has evolved differently we have evolved to be omnivores if you fail to undrestand that then you are an idiot ... and im sure you as a vegan miss out on alot of nutrients that meat gives you so u make up for it by takeing suppliments :) eg B12

  • @chicken4247 OH!!!! Speaking of IGNORANCE!!! The B-12 you get in meat is ACTUALLY a suppliment that is FED to the ANIMALS!!!! SO rather than getting it "RETAIL" I would RATHER get my B-12 "WHOLESALE" if you understand my ANALOGY!!! B-12 is a bacteria that was once found in abundance in the soil. And actually root veggies had much of it, but due to farming practices these days the soil isn't what it use to be. So COCKY ONE... get EDUCATED then come back and DEBATE!

  • @mrbuster1964 so it is better to be an omnivore than a herbivore because of the shit farming practices :) jackass

  • @mrbuster1964, That's correct. Ignorant people don't like facts.

  • those two are very skinny. when you eat meat you grow way bigger muscle mass

  • @EmotionalShredd Muscular cells don't multiplicate. They can stretch or accumulate more blood. that's it. Bodybuilders have "big" muscles because they pump themselves full with heavy foods and steroids, which causes accumulation of TOXINS in the bloodstream. The body starts retaining liquids to dissolve the toxins and thus eliminate them more easily. Their muscles are the places where toxins accumulate the most, and so more liquid retention occurs in those places hence 'inflating' the muscles.

  • Robert Cheeke is a very bad example for an vegan bodybuilder

pls google for AVI LEHYANI , ALEXANDER DARGATZ or FLORIAN BOGE

this are 3 real vegan bodybuilder

robert cheeke is a blender and a dumbass

  • @MeSu7 Or Wade Lightheart. This is a bit sad... :(

  • You honestly can't judge from just seeing one vegan bodybuilder. Yes there are a lot of bigger meat eating bodybuilders, but there are also just a lot more of them in general, and I've seen plenty of meat eaters who've been working out several days a week and still aren't huge. Why? Genetics, most likely. Take a guy with great genetics, and you will see that if he went vegan he would still be big.

  • Which one is Cheeke? left or right?

  • Who won?

  • Stop with the religious hypocrisy card its disgusting grow up. So he called you a fag so big deal your gay , tell him your not ashamed of it. Why you putting stuff in a message a whole day later that someone else said dont be a dick please

  • Animal rights? huh when a lion is attacking a water buffalo i dont hear the buffalo calling the A.C.L.U DO YOU?

  • Comment removed

  • @3051michael1 We are not lions. Cats cannot not live on a vegan diet, meat is around 98% of a lion's diet (conversely, humans wouldn't do so hot on a lion's diet). We are omnivores (meaning we are flexible and meat should be a very seldom choice) and we wouldn't need to eat it unless a survival situation was at hand. If you feed a chicken chicken, it will eat it - this is how nature works sometimes. A human will live far longer on a meatless diet (consequently, so will the animals).

  • @jmichaelrout blanket statement and not true, a study on centurians showed that non were vegetarians or vegans

  • @tangoray187 Good genetics. Many centurians have smoked - why don't you take that up as well? I bet they would have lived longer as vegetarians.

  • wow cheeke looks tiny lol

  • Are steroids wrong for vegans to take as long as rhey don't come animals/humans and they are chemicaly produced?

  • the one on left has better muscle definition

  • ROFL, since when is being a emaciated runt considered bodybuilding?

  • its crazy dont u think so ?

that eat meat could make ya double of this size >

am sorry but they r funny .

thats brake me down cuz am vegan for a whole one year .

am working out bodybuilding , but when i look at them , i know the more i could reach , is like to get a silly body like them >

  • Robert Cheeke is fantastic..

  • @ir0nmaiden13..I'm a new vegan and would love to hear more from you on building muscle.

  • Can't vegans take steroids? After all they arn't made from animals?

  • the one on the left has worse lighting..

  • Seriously tho is the the best vegan athletic world can offer? what a joke.

  • Vegetatians all look sickly skinny, and if this is the best you can do at bodybuilding, that should tell you something about your diet is wrong.

  • Ok, after watching this, I'm proud to say I'd rather look like Ronnie Coleman...

  • Does that "I'd rather look like Ronnie Coleman" mean that you are pleased that you do look like Ronnie, or just a wishful dream?

  • Maybe a little skinny but fit!

  • The best move for final pose is to take down your pants pull your cock back into a mangina and point at the judges. 30% of the time works every time!

  • What happens the other 70% of the time?

  • I am a vegetarian bodybuilder and I'm bigger than both of those guys I don't eat eggs that often and I drink soy milk. There are plenty of ways to get protein other than meat. Any kind of nut, beans, bread, soy products even. The only reason you need 1 gram of protein per lb of your weight is because you workout 6 days a week for 2 hours! Read up on Mike Mentzer and his style of training. I switched to his training and went vegetarian and saw immediate gains in size and defenition and energy!

  • He's vegan, not vegetarian.

  • bigger guys on meat die earlier from lots of different problematic health circumstances

  • These guys could be so much bigger if they were willing to eat meat, fish, eggs and dairy. This is proof that you need plenty of protein to grow. Meat eating bodybuilders would totally blow these guys away. Check out any other bodybuilding competition, there is no comparison. Vegans are so odd, they won't eat honey because it's "stealing from the bees". And they won't wear wool because it comes from a sheep. Go figure.

  • Are you thick? This is a natural contest not a fucking vegan contest! Only one guy up there is vegan the rest eat meat!

  • @lizardsy I do agree that they would be substantially bigger and more massive if they got adequate animal-sourced protein, but I do respect their idealogy of causing no harm to other living beings. Oh well, at least they make the rest of the bodybuilders look bigger lol.

  • this guy looks great for a vegan! thats got to be very difficult w/o any bcaa's. good genetics and hard work! thanx for the video man keep it up.

  • LOL arnold schwarzzeneger makes them look tiny this is proof arnold took steroids

  • humans are at the top of the food chain for a reason, not being vegans

  • @ dannari93

Humans invented the concept of a food chain in the first place, so go figure: we put ourselves on top of it. Thinking it through to the end we can not be part of the food chain concept, because our eating habits are not based on instincts and circumstance, but trained behaviour, decision and management. The fact that we can eat anything doesn't proof that anything is natural and healthy. The role of humans in the food chain is exactly where we decide to place us.

  • @ir0nmaiden13

You obviously don't get where I'm coming from. I'm not a vegetarian, btw. Nonetheless meat has been a minor food source for human troughout early history. What is it with you people that you need to start throwing baseless accusations and insults at reasonable comments?

  • Humans invented the concept of the food chain by observation.

  • Stop pretending to know what you are talking about LMAO Meat has been a MAJOR part of the human diet since the dawn of man FYI. Vegetarians are a joke in general, and it's clear you don't agree with what I just stated, and that makes you a joke to the human race as well. People who refuse to eat meat are weak, physically, emotionally and mentally. LOL

  • You're a retard. LOL Meat has been the main part of the human diet since the dawn of man, FACT. If you don't eat meat, you're weak. Physically, emotionally, and mentally.

  • lol, these aren't facts, it's just dogma.

ironmaiden said:you don't agree with what I just stated, and that makes you a joke to the human race as well

    LOOOOOOOOOL

To give you one fact from my own life expierence: I eat meat now and I was a vegetarian for more than five years and I'm physically, emotionally, mentally the same!

@howaboutsometruth: I was talking specifically about the human part in the food chain, so that doesn't really matter.

  • @ir0nmaiden13 What a stupid statement. People who have empathy for animals are not emotionally weak. People who have little empathy are the weak ones.Mentally? Rising heart disease and cancer and you call those doing something to change that mentally weak? It's hard to take you people seriously, you just spout out dogma like a religious fanatic.

  • @knoxzoo75 Ooh that's alot of fancy talk coming from a vegan. Yeah, it does make you weak LMAO animals aren't people, get off your high horse and take a bite of it you faggot.

  • @ir0nmaiden13 So your compassion (and based on your low class choice of words I would also say your intelligence) is in such short supply you can only manage to find a little of it for humans? And since you use the word faggot I'll bet it is only for a select few humans at that. I'll take advice from someone who knows how to act and who doesn't call me weak when judging from his pics I outweigh him by about 50 pounds.

  • @ir0nmaiden13 After looking over your myspace I will definitely say you are just another arrogant douche with agression issues. Go play with your guns and leave the adults concerned with higher matters alone, you wouldn't understand compassion or empathy if it saved your life, you would mock it.

  • @knoxzoo75 LMAO I have so much fun harrassing losers on youtube, because I always get such funny responses LOLOLOLOL Keep em' comin homo.

  • @ir0nmaiden13 You get a kick harassing people because you are a douche that is so wrapped up in his own ego he needs to insult others to feel superior. You are a youtube cliche, find a more original hobby.

  • @ir0nmaiden13 And I love how you claim to be a firm believer in God but spend your time calling people homos and get your jollies insulting people. Very Christian of you.

  • @knoxzoo75 Ooh and a right hook with religion. That one stings, NOT LMAO. This is funny and if you fail to see the humor in harrassing someone online, you're obviously the kind of idiot who allows themselves to be harrassed online.

  • @ir0nmaiden13 Actually I don't see the humor in harrassing anyone. Why do you find it so fun, care to explain?

  • @knoxzoo75 But your the one mentioning religious fanatic i doubt your un bias you sound like a hypocrite anyways.

  • we put ourselves on top because we are? tell me what should be if not us? why would we not be apart of the food chain just because we do not act primitively, pretty sure all animals make decisions when hunting for food, manage how they store and eat it as well as the behaviours they conduct in getting the food, do u think if humans were any lower we would still be able to decide what we eat? compare a bodybuilder who eats normally compared to a vegan, size difference explains it all

  • So friggin small. Guess that vegan diet isn't working for them.

  • Bodybuilding although is includes mass, this guys have symmetry. That s very important . I have seen bodybuilding competions where guys who were smaller than huge guys won ONLY beause of symmetry. you gotta look even.

  • this is when he had a smaller build. As far as natural bodybuilders go he is looking pretty impressive these days.

  • 2 vids u gotta watch

    THE PROTEIN MYTH

    RAW VEGAN MYTH

  • I might look them up but I'm a ( mostly raw ) vegan bodybuilder : )

  • Bruce Lee te best Fighter that History Knows WAS VEGAN

  • check out channel of LIFE REGENERATOR

hes a Vegan and has amazing teachings

  • Wtf are you talking about, he was not vegan.

  • Stupid comments on here... Your boby builder poster that you dribble over are of guys that do steroids, and have intramuscular fat.. these guys are lean, its more compact.

And I dount very much that most of the big mouths on here have the muscle tone or strength these guys have - except for maybe in your wagging tongues

  • Is this trying to prove we need meat in order to survive? Im bought

  • ur bad,lol

  • LOL that's why I eat meat. I'm no bodybuilder but I'm bigger than them and ripped LMAO

  • Have you ever been in a stage competing? Beause if you are a competitor than of course you can brag otherwise talk is cheap...even if you ""have more muscle mass"

  • Uh no, but I'm just as cut, and bigger. These two are pathetic. Eat meat you pussies.

  • Better to eat pussies, you meathead.

  • @cmk1964 Yeah because you guys are straight LMAO

  • AHAAH

  • the guy on the right is absolutely terrible, its almost embarrassing to watch, no finesse at all, plus as you can see they dont have much mass, bodybuildfing on a low protein diet gives you these guys pretty samall, shouldnt be called bodybuilders, jusy have low bodyfat.

  • Can a guy who works out on meat walk a yak over a mountain without falling on his ass?

  • You tell me...

  • I've seen some vegans with a enormous amount of energy in the gym. Also in better moods for most of the time but........Never seen a totally ripped one.....or a huge one.

Clarence Bass was at 2.5% bf in the 70's being on a low protein high carb diet. Maybe thats an option for some people who don't like steak.

  • to be honest, these two had not so much muscle mass..

    What competition is this?

  • haha the guy on the right kept looking at the other guy

  • the guy below obviously loves the meat... yes i mean dick.

keep up the good work robert

  • I feel sorry for him. I'd just want to cheat and start eating steak, turkey and whey without anyone finding out.

Must be hard knowing that he could achieve so much more if he just slaughtered a cow or two.

  • omg the one to the right sucked!!!!!

  • good physique compared to average joe but compared to a meat eating bodybuilder theres no comparison

  • well hes probably not taking steroids....

  • Oh, so you're implying that all meat-eating body-builders use steroids?

    Nice stereotype there, asswipe.

  • ... wow, um, no. my point is that very few people are going to look like the airbrushed models in a weight loss ad that spring to mind with the term "body-builder" without some extra help, regardless of what their actual organic diet consists of.

  • not swole.

  • What are you trying to prove? Vegans can get enough protein? This video only proves that vegans cannot get enough protein, or that vegetable protein sources have low biological value (not able to be utilised by the body)

  • I think Robert Cheeke is adorable, and for you few who criticize him for not being enormously muscular and for being "twitchy," he's just the right size, all natural, strong, and healthy, and is only a bit nervous. Everything vegans do is criticized by these certain people. Just knock it off.

  • hahahah

vegan or not, i don't think being that buff is attractive, but thats just me.

ha but it's cool that they are proving that vegans aren't all "emaciated hippies", good job guys !! :)

  • You have to acknowledge the difference between a vegan bodybuilder and a meat-eating bodybuilder who's got muscles and animal fat...

Robert has only muscles....no animal fat or cholesterol...Meaning that he can develop the maximum amount of power in his muscles without putting his life at risk and without having done any sort of cruelty towards animals...

It think that's commendable to say the least...

  • Pro bodybuilders have a lower body fat % than this guy. And I guarantee you his shwartz formula isn't as good as mine is, and I'm around 9-10 % body fat. FYI, even vegans develop triglycerides, the same fat that meat eaters develop.

  • @rockingraw21 animal fat?........

really...? to get to compete on stage you have to burn all the fat (including intra-muscular fat).... so save it...

    putting life at risk how?

vegan or not vegan a bodybuilder... does weight training... if anything they don't get much "muscular power..." they'll get a lot of muscular strenght, but not power... a boxer/ martial artist they have muscual power a sprinter none of them look like a bodybuilder too much muscle slow you down no speed no power

  • come on, stop rationalizing your vices. deep inside you guys know that everything that is harder, is also better. The less you eat, the harder it gets, but your health improves. A man who doesn't need to eat (breatharian) and trains hard develops extraordinary strength and endurance on the physical and psychological level. All of this packed in an optimal frame, neither too big nor too small. This is the occult truth. Food, spcially meat, will fuck your health sooner or later

  • @peperes2 There is no proof in what you're saying, no scientific research to back it up. And "breatharian" LOL.

  • @Trastlol there will never be mass-accepted scientific "proof" that food is poison for two reasons: (1) the current scientific model is clueless. Nutritional science is a joke, and scientists are also food addicts. I've got in contact with a form of metaphysical / spiritual science which is superior. (2) food addiction touches on a deep personal level. It doesn't matter how much evidence is shown to you, you'll only quit the vice after a lengthy introspective work. You need your own proof.

  • Lol, I feel sorry for these guys. Not only because they are vegan, but also because they suck at posing

  • jeez the guy on the right is getting a little overinspired lol Relax Mr. O haha

  • I know there's nothing nutritionally wrong with a vegan diet, but, "vegan diet" and "bodybuilding" are polar opposites. These guys look more like long distance runners than bodybuilders, IMO.

  • I love how people always think vegans are scrawny nerds or something of that nature. look at this guy. he had to work ten times harder than any other bodybuilder. it's funny to see you youtuber tough guys. I'm pretty sure if any one made a remark such as this I'd fuck them up... I guess you have to see me in person.

  • not too bad for a vegan...

  • what is this ms america? were are the body builders?

  • you hit the nail on the head. i try not to offend vegans but these veggie bodybuilders are delusional. if the argument is that they get all the nutrients they need without meat, eggs, dairy. why are these guys, and all other vegan bdyblders so damn frail looking. this is bodybuilding. the contestents are supposed to be bodybuilders i.e. much more muscle then the average. these guys i would say,are AT BEST, average muscularity for their age, height, weight. prob below average. no offense 2 vegans

  • I think you are missing the point entirely, both of you. Only the guy on the right is a vegan, the other is just a standard eat 5 chickens a day bodybuilder, although both are natural with no steroids. They are both beginners in a lightweight division, not professional bodybuilders. Like a lot of amateur sports, it's just a competition between people in your class, not comparing yourself to a professional athlete.

  • madonna who r those faggots?? bantam weights!!haha

  • I've never seen a big or strong vegan. Seen some fat ones.

  • hate to knock these guys because they have accomplished ok results but they just look to depleted and frail to convince me that vegetarian bodybuilding is effective. no offense to vegans, these guys are dedicated but these guys are not very muscular at all for their age, weight, height, activity level, etc. seeing as these guys are near the top of the vege bodybuilding world, u cant honestly believe that vege bdybldng is anywhere near the level of even natural meat-eating bodybuilders

  • Here's another thing, those guys don't use any supplements, so meat eating has nothing to do with it. Think about it most bb use whey, and only until recently they started making a vegetarian/vegan protein whey powder. Another thing to consider they might not want to be huge.

  • actually these guys do use supplements and lots of em. they have to in order to make up for the nutrients they are missing out on by eating a pretty restricted diet. there is a video on youtube with this guy in his kitchen, he goes into a few of his supplements breifly. one of them is the vega protein powder. whey is a milk-based protein obviously not used by vegans. and these guys do want to be big, theyre bodybuilders. thats what bodybuilders do, otherwise it becomes a fitness competition.

  • regarding the supplements, proteins, check out sunwarrior. they seem to have a really good looking product out, and I just ordered it but haven't tried it yet.

  • i know, im fairly educated in the field and in theory, i should be able to at least maintain or even gain as i normally do. but these guys are very dedicated and itseems they struggle to add muscle. im trying to find the best built vegetarian bdyblder out there so i will have a realistic idea of what kind of gains can be accomplished. i still may try it though. there are some good products out there, il check out yours, thanks, il let you know how it goes.

  • no offense to meat-eating bodybuiders, but they aren't nearly as big as steroid eaters.

  • not sure where you are going with this.

  • No-where. Just saying that bigger doesn't mean healthier. I'm not sure why people think they need to have huge muscles in the first place, even vegan body builders. Regardless of how natural their diet is, their bodies still don't look natural, just unsound. Though if I got into body building, I'd rather have healthy minerals and plant based proteins in my body than chemicals from 20 different Men's Magazine products plus factory farmed toxic cow meat.

  • true, im not saying bigger is healthier at all, but what i am sayin is ,in bodybuilding, bigger is better 99% of the time. thats the name of the game, more muscle. honestly, alot of the bigger bdyblders are pretty unhealthy. as for wanting bigger muscles, its just one of things, either it appeals to you or it doesnt, kinda like all other hobbies. ihear ya about toxic cow meat though. i was gonna try vegetarian diet but after seeing this, i fear i would lose too much muscle, wich id rather not do

  • They're ripped but not bulky.

  • They should enter a my fitness thing. In good shape. But it aint bodybuilding. Don't know why they try to compete with the riod heads anyway. Oh and by the way...I'm not a vegan or anything but you only need to look at a gorilla to know that you don't need to eat meat to be strong.

  • You dont need meat, but animal produce is nessicary. But serriously, a gorilla isnt a human, it doesnt work the same way. Proof you need lots of protein- Arthur Saxon was a world record holder before he entered ww1, but he nearly died from malnutricion and never could could get back to his origional strength. For strength you need lots of food, Manfred Hoeberl eats 9,000 caliories a day! You'll never get very strong without lots of dairy and meat, so dont ever try if your vegan.

  • Said truly from a one-sided opinion. You inly need huge amounts of protien to cause more effective muscle growth. BTW protien is every where other than animals. Hidtory has taught us, if we listen people attack and fear what they can't fully understand, explain, prove. Strenght is not about size but what you can lift. What im saying educate yourself in sense before you blab.

  • Take this bit of education, I've never seen an example of a strong vegan also- and I've been told of certain fellas who- to be honest- are whimps. I might beleive you if you can show me a real example, not a paper or study.

  • I'm really beyond giving a damn okay? I'll still add that no---one cares what you consider anything. I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything, arguing over the net proves nothing. So my advice would be to drop it(like I have) and not act like such a bitch; it's up to you.

  • Heres a Tip. Try eating something because this in all honesty is pathetic. Seriously...

  • er no, its not pathetic. Youre comment is pathetic though, youre a borderline moron.

    Here's a tip, read a book.

  • "When she spoke it sounded like stupidity"

Yeah I read and I've read enough to know what deserves pathos and this display of Mr. Puniverse makes even me feel a little pity for them.

  • Stop trying to sound clever you just come over even more stupid. lol 'pathos' haha idiot

Noone cares what you consider deserves 'pathos', in fact most people would consider what you and your hardcore 'mass at all cost' sick, twisted, drug infested world to be nothing but a joke.

You dont live in the real world.

  • wow there huge! lol what a joke! sorry but true!

  • Ir0nmaiden13, from the looks of your videos, you're not as big as these guys at all... not sure why'd you say that.

By the way, animal protein over 10% calories from your diet (roughly anything over 60g for a 2500 calorie diet) is strongly correlated with not only the the allowance of cancer cells to form, but with the allowance of them to develop into full blown tumours.

  • Hey Robert, a couple things I see that you can work on are breathing and some certain pose techniques. From what ive experienced you need to hold your pose and breathing together. I can see your stomach moving in and out the whole time. Secondly, like on your back poses youre squeezing your arms back way to much. It creates shadows and doesnt show the muscle that much. Hope this helps.

  • Hello, I'm a vegan purist most of the time, but do consider myself a lacto-vegan at other times. But I have not swayed from lacto-vegan ever since I began 3 1/2 years ago. I have taken up bodybuilding a few weeks ago and I am making phenomenal progress. Anyone know where I could compete in a vegan contest when I am ready?

  • ironmaiden13 you may be bigger but aint that fat, and isnt it all the antibitics they put in the chicken making you bigger maybe you got some boobies too......perhaps you are angry you really are a puney man with no dick and that makes you feel threatened watching healthy body builders.
