Why are the videos on "street food" in China that have been uploaded by whites who have visited China are 99.999999% about this crepe like dish?
Hey white folks that visit China: have you ever bothered to check that videos on this crepe-like "street food" has been done to fucking death on youtube?
Those are delicious! 8D When we went to Beijing, there's always one of those stands like two buildings away from our hotel. But maybe they make it differently stand to stand but this one looks like it's missing quite a few things o.O spice and flavor wise or maybe it's just me...
@jayleesan you really have no idea. Some of the eggs were found to be fake last year in China. And the egg shown in this video is unusually yellow comparing to others.
scratch the flour to flat, 1 or 2 eggs, small pieces of green Chinese onion and caraway, 1 piece of fried thin cake, some chinese sauce and sesame seeds.
Thanks for posting that! I lived in Beijing for four years and that 'jian bing' is what converted me to street food. My friends and I used to hop on our bikes and get that egg pancake thing before heading out to sanlitun or the silk market. Good times!!!
lame, she broek it
