For all using a laptop sent from school or some sort. Your hidden admin account maybe disabled..

You need to use ubuntu to replace a file with cmd.exe

Download ubuntu, burn to disk.

Boot from disk and run from disk. No install needed.

One account, (The Administrator account) is all that's needed. But, without knowing what you did, I can't tell you what you did wrong.

Windows allows us to create a Windows password reset disk (USB stick) in case that we lost the Windows 7 / Vista / XP login password. When we lose the password of Win 7, we can reset a new one with the created disk. The bad point is that you can only create the disk before forgetting your Windows 7 / Vista / XP password. If you do not create that, it could not help

If this video didn't help, then that's the extent of my knowledge on "official" methods. There ARE, however, some downloads that can crack an admin account password. That would be my next suggestion. Search for one of those.

@theramirez383 hey is your father or mother admin?? ask him/her several times for fill in the password it will be annoying to do it all again. finatly ask him/her to fill in the gridd agian for making you admin withoud saying it is for being an admin. understand??

Of course it has a password.  This video is how to unlock the admin account if you accidentally mistype the pw too many times, not deleting the pw.
