hello I've been watching all your videos, i have same Eee pc as you have, but when i played C&C general it got crashed after a sec play on skirmish, does this AOE3 crush too when playing on skirmish? thanks for the vid.

i had the same issue with c&c generals, i dont know why its not working. AOE3 is running fine, no crashes at all. try updating your generals

the reason why it runs so smooth is that the shader quality is turned off or low. if it were on there would be shadows of everthing, and ther water would be glossy and realistic. in the beginning you see the ottoman water as green . it should be ble and shiny with reflections.

It's very weak, go play online and you'll see it.

Use canons and you will 'game ' @ 10fps.

Is it running at 800*600? That is a horrible res to play age of empires at :(, other than the original one (aoe 1). I have a 1000h, but I can't seem to make it run aoe 2 at 1024*768 with scrolling. It switches to 800x600. Haven't tried aoe3, but it looks OK from what I see in your video (meaning - ok on the eee)

i have eee pc 9000 and it works fine with aoe 2. You can download the game in Limewire or Ares.

Hello.VERY IMPORTANT... from which drive you run this game? because my enthusiasm of buying this eee 900 is stoped by opinion of an MUCH MORE SLOWER EXTERNAL SSD drives ,in this case it will be 16gb ssd. Please write about them, it is possible to install a windows or a game on it and have good speed ? people are saying that external sdd is much more slover than integrated 4gb

Let the SSD stay for Linux. Get a USB Harddrive - and play with it. A USB 2.0 harddrive won't really be slow enough to cause any performance drops that is truly not to the computer hardware in this case.

yea, no-cd crack is the solution, and its 100% legal as long as you own the original AOE3 disc.

the sound doesnt lag, its the microphone.. recorded the vid with my handphone, but it has the camera on one side and the mic on the other side, so the sound doesnt always reach it -.- its stupid but true
