It bluntly sounds to me that Administration doesn't seem to understand how to connect with Alderman. They hide things or just don't care to be honest. Horrible disconnect from egotistical people who get paid a lot of money.
I have been screamed at by strangers over this issue and I tell them it's built. They scream at me because they hate the color but I think it looks cool.
Decision made, it's being built and I for one am going to enjoy walking across it.
