I bet they have moved their heads like birds do these days which means very quickly, because you cant see if someone moves if you are turning your head but when you do it quickly and you stop your head you see it. And those jaws are just moving like bullet time they should move alot faster, but that could make it dangerous for the ppl walking under it.

I might think that kids that are very young would be impressed or scared, my son wouldn't even go into the building! Older kids would be jumping on them since they knew it wasn't real. But they were having fun!
