It sure is, you use it to help separate the crap out, and the ozone has a better chance of coming out of the water before it goes into the tank as this can be dangerous to the live stock!

It will also make your water nice and clear to, very easy to use and you don't have to do anything to it!

@a24udi ive seen one face to face and know its to take yellow,ness out of water and i know its dangerous to live stock when i read aqua medics instructions to their blue ones on line. do you use aqua medics blue ozone unit for yours

hi glen why do you use ozone in the skimmer, is it to improve the performance

of the skimmer, if so how does it improve the skimmers performance, i know they do, but never bothered to look into thhat

Hello buddy, I have deltec TC2060 tried to install in my cabinet , but flooded outlet pipe is 11 inches high and sump is 17 inches high so water would no come out of the outlet pipe and flooded, so will I have to get sump drilled, outlet pipe is 50mm, so will it have to be drilled little bigger then siliconed
