@jocythepartystarter When you set your foundation, more often then not, you are using a powder to help it stay in place. Fix + or any glycerine water can do the same thing without the cakiness powder can cause.

@BeautyByAlannah I prefer focus on the "ring" but I do blend it toward the entire lid, I just try to have the most coverage around the rim of the dark circle because that part is most visible. :)

@TrippyNeonFrogie browns always look good with blue eyes! check out a colour wheel-and see the oposite colour to blue-its orange(if i can remember) so use browns or oranges and that should make your eyes "pop" i have blue eyes and red hair so my hair compliment my eyes >.<! Hope this helped :)

And pinks make your eyes pop. I love to use pinks for my eyes, it really brightens them up, whereas blues / greens don't do much, and just darken them with my hair. Hope this and Sarah's comment help you ♥

@TrippyNeonFrogie I love blue eyes! I think they look good with both cool toned and warm toned eye makeup! Maybe try a warm peachy shade? Or even simple silver color would look beautiful with blue eyes.
