I believe that a lot of singers that have became icons and have inspired other singers were just born to sing. But I truly believe Whitney Houston is one of those few individuals who voice was touched by God... There will never be another WH.
Whitney fans are so insecure. Mariah was praising Whitney all throughout the video and y'all still bash her. And lets not act like Mariah had NO Impact.....she has inspired many as well.
There really IS a reason Whitney Houston is 'the Voice' and Mariah is....wait....what's her title again? Oh yeah! She doesn't have one. I like Mariah, I actually LOVE her old music, back when she sang songs and made good memorable pop and r&b and not this disposable crap she cranks out every 9 mos or so. But, she does NOT have the respect among her peers WH has. And, let's NOT forget, WH is listed in Guiness as 'The World's Most Awarded Female Artist'.
