  • Votes for delegates to the Convention is a special call vote and not covered by the May and June requirement .They are covered under Section 17F.First file a protest with the Election Committee Chairperson demanding that the UBC Constitution be adhered to in regards to nomination and elections. Nominations and Elections on the same night are allowed by the LMRDA ONLY if sufficient time is given before the election to allow candidates to campaign Section 452.65.

  • Thank you brother. NOTE: All our Votes are always taken in PENCIL. Is that legal to do - shouldn't it be in INK or INDELIBLE MARKER??

Could you send info to w t doherty at comcast net so we can challenge/protest & resolve this prior to their sham Delegate Election?

What is considered sufficient time prior to the Election for campaigining?

They are blackballing/eliminating all men btwn 45-70 yr's, so they (EST/Doug) can focus on BRAINWASHING the kids ala the Hitler Youth Party!

  • The General Convention is in August, the Constitution clearly requires nominations for Delegates to be held in May & the Election in June (Section 31).

How then does Local 26 outside of Boston get away with having Nominations & Elections on the same night - this coming March 18th?

IS THERE SOMETHING WE CAN DO TO STOP THIS & FORCE OUR CURRENT E-BOARD TO CUT THE SHIT WITH THE GAMES SO WE CAN ELECT A DELEGATION OF MEN, VS. BALLBAGS??

Note: Our Fund Advisors lost $760M & both may fail?
