  • This is really awesome! Though, I have a question:

How are you able to make all those lines, and then go over the ones you want to keep? Is that from "Camtasia Studio"? I have Photoshop 7.0, but the only tool that resembles that is the pen tool. Unless theres some settings for the pen tool, I don't think it's it. o:

  • Not very accurate and not always correct!

It looks better than it is.

Natural talent doesn't exist. What reaaly exist are the amateurs and professional. One profeesional drawer studs anatony, perspective, architecture and other.

Professionals assimilate these technics till be intuitive

Sorry my english i'm brazilian and learn it by myself

  • Nice examples. The only one you miss its drawing between or above the first horizon line. In other words like looking a building in front of you or a skyscraper from the ground not from above.

    5 stars.

  • 3D !

  • How do you erase the base lines?... manually? god.. that seems hard work!!

  • Paint on different layers.

  • you just draw them lighter. only for orientation

  • ...and then I watched three-point perspective. That just looks like a spider's web at first. Very confusing!

  • After a while, those lines on the 2-point perspective drawing get so confusing!

  • Very Simple :D

  • The level of stupidity of these imbeciles is perplexing at best. So sad. Thank you kind Sir for your most generous video. A toast to you. Think nothing of these brutes. They are only fir for jumping around in the square with harlots to the tune of unmelodious sounds.Primates of the concrete jungle, they reveal their own ignorance.

  • you used a lot of big words in that....

but... who were you insulting? the people who leave comments? this guy is a great artist!.

  • lol, I actually learned this in my computer class of all places (honestly, what does that have to do with computers? I was lucky I was pretty familiar with the idea C8)Great tut anyway though, I've never learned the three point perspective until now!

  • you make it look so easy :) thanks a bunch

  • at school we only did two point perspective but three no. Cool i like this video i'm going to show it to my friends.

  • thats perspective dumbo

  • How do you get rid of the first grey layer in MSFT Paint?

Thanks, I use this to teach tomorrow.

    Stu

  • paint, who ever spoke about paint? just the fact that it was made by Microsoft makes it stink. this is photoshop.

  • ei...how about using a 2 point perspective in two storey house????

  • I really appreciate the video, but I must say that I think the vulgarity exhibited here is a sign of the stupidity and anger of the average American. Stupid + angry= a very sad state.

  • hey, there are Brits and Canadians watching this, remember! :) (I'm American but still ;) ) but I agree that there's no reason to bite people's heads off for no reason, I bet Sycra can draw better than anyone who's making fun of him (see his/her other work, it's much better, this is only a tutorial)

  • You're a complete ignorant and idiot, both at the same time. Where you from kid?

You wouldn't know unless you actually lived in America, society is fucked up no matter where you go. So don't go pointing figures, "slob".

Besides, where did you get American from this video?

  • That kind of generalization only makes your moronic thoughts more evident...

  • Good video, great for beginners

  • Realmente expectacular, muchas gracias.Te amo.

  • 20 point perspective

  • good stuff for rookies, but most can just eye ball it.

  • Do NOT watch this under the influence of Marijuana.. Your brain will explode. Thanks for the help. Peace and Love.

  • I just laughed outloud when I saw what you wrote because I couldnt agree more. I wish i saw what you wrote before I watched this.

  • thank you for this video .i have troble with the perspective even now and it's very helpful.

  • anyone know is ther any tach drawin tutorials on net

  • very good video..

If you add some commentary..it will get better!

    good work ..thank you!

  • Dang -- everybody's a critic. For beginners & people with limited experience (like me) -- this is quite helpful.

  • Many of those lines were just completely unnecessary, especially when you got to 3-point perspective. Plus, you really messed up with keeping it all symmetrical sometime. Good music, though.

  • You don't have to keep it symmetrical. It just changes the viewing angle.

  • what software are you using to draw this? i am stil using pen and paper most of the times

  • thx for uploading this.

    :]

    found it very helpful indeed.

  • ive been an artist for 20 years and NEVER learned this, nevertheless my perspectives are fine. Good to see a mathematical way of doing it.

  • all artists teach this.

  • Some people have a natural talent and use paint away like me. Ive never used this sort of technique, but interesting nevertheless

  • Good Job. It goes over all the basics in a very instructive manner.

  • I am learn so much~~

  • Comment removed

  • I'm glad you already know all this stuff, but then, this video was meant for people who don't. As for your freehand comment... lol, I didn't make one line freehand. I used the line tool for every single line placed here. About the only thing you got right was that I could do better with practice, but that's true for anyone doing anything. :p

  • I wish I went to your school, They did not start perspective drawing in my school until Junior High.

  • fuck off dip shit.

  • haha dumbass he used line tool

  • omg, the title of the video is "drawing a house in perspective", so hes demonstrating how to do it to us and the simplest way is to use the line tool. your the dumbass here, lets see your dumbass hands try draw like his others drawing you thick-sh*t!

  • wow wat a dumbfuck whoobviously dont know wat the fuck im talking about. teh dumbass above thought he drew those lines freehand, and i told him he used the line tool. correction: YOU LOOK LIKE A DUMBASS

  • Boy, I love the internet. Mentally challenged Egotistical children running around everywhere.

  • whoa ho! u sound smart. sitting there with a dictionary in your lap

  • 3-point helps us feel up in the sky
